Ashkan Ghavami, MD, obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, and his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin Medical School. He completed his residency training in plastic surgery and a fellowship training program in hand and reconstructive microsurgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas.
