A.J. Khalil, MD, earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed a prestigious plastic surgery program at The Detroit Medical Center. He then went on to complete three years of general surgery training and two years of plastic and reconstructive surgery training, the latter which focused on facial plastic surgery, rhinoplasty, trauma, and plastic and reconstructive surgeries. Dr. Khalil completed a fellowship in aesthetic breast and body contouring with Dr. Dennis Hammond at the Center for Breast and Body Contouring, a program that focused on short scar breast reduction and augmentation.
