Charles S. Lee, MD, is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology. He received his medical degree from Washington University in St. Louis and completed a residency program in facial, head and neck surgery at Loma Linda Medical Center. Dr. Lee then completed his plastic surgery residency training under the tutelage of Dr. Ralph Millard, noted plastic surgery pioneer. After his residency, Dr. Lee spent two additional years studying muscle transplantation and pediatric plastic surgery. Then, he trained with Dr. Robert Flowers in Honolulu, studying Asian cosmetic surgery. Upon his return to California, Dr. Lee established his private plastic surgery practice, Enhance Medical Center.
