John S. Lee, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon who performs a range of plastic surgery procedures, including breast augmentation. Dr. Lee performs a range of breast enhancement procedures, including breast lift, breast reduction, breast revision and breast augmentation with silicone or saline breast implants. Saline breast implants are filled with a sterile salt water solution that can be added in varying amounts to achieve the desired shape, firmness and feel. Silicone breast implants, on the other hand, are made from cohesive silicone gel and are designed to look and feel much like natural breast tissue. Dr. Lee specializes in the inframammary incision (in the crease line under the breast) and the periareolar incision (around the nipple). Once the incision is made, he places the implant under the pectoral muscle, which he believes leads to a more natural appearance. Dr. Lee and his medical team work tirelessly with each patient to make sure they are fully educated and aware of their treatment options and that they understand their potential results. In addition to breast surgery, Dr. Lee offers a range of body sculpting procedures, including tummy tuck, liposuction and arm lift, as well as facial rejuvenation treatments such as facelift, rhinoplasty and eyelid lift surgery.
Dr. Lee performs plastic surgery procedures, with the exception of tummy tuck and breast reduction, at his leading-edge on-site surgical suite, which is fully accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF). He also maintains staff privileges at the Province St. Vincent's Medical Center and the Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center.
